Today we study the nineteenth law: the Law of Timing. When I read this chapter for the first time I was a bit confused. I thought the Law of Big Mo (the sixteenth from this book) had already explained the importance of "right time". But I was wrong. While the big mo is created by us, the timing is made by external factors, and this is the focus of this chapter.

"When to lead is as important as what to do and where to go", says John Maxwell. The author compares different scenarios showing the results of each one. Right action + right time is the combination to bring amazing results, but it's not easy to be reached. The list of factors presented by Maxwell includes:

- Understanding;

- Maturity;

- Confidence;

- Decisiveness;

- Experience;

- Intuition;

- Preparation.
